The Evolve on Main building consisted on a 5-story mixed-use building located in downtown Pullman. HHPR provided the Civil Engineering on the project, including the grading, water, sanitary, and stormwater design. HHPR determined the flood elevation, assisted the team on the flood proofing measures as well as the newly established shoreline permitting process. HHPR coordinated with the power, communications, and gas utility purveyors to relocate utilities encroaching impacted by the construction of the building.
