Scott is the Engineer in Responsible Charge for SynTier and specializes in stormwater design.

Randy is a registered professional engineer in Idaho and Washington. He has over 41 years experience working in the private and public sector.

Jordan graduated from the University of Idaho in May 2022, with a bachelor’s degree in Civil & Environmental Engineering.  He has experience designing various projects. 

Tom has a wide range of experience and specializes in making challenging sites of the Palouse constructible. 

Lexi graduated from Washington State University with a Bachelors in Civil Engineering and and EIT certification in May of 2021.  

Christian has life-long influences in the disciplines of engineering .  His ties to the industry have laid a solid foundation. 

Ross is a Project Manager with over three years of experience practicing civil design in the Palouse Region.  

 Grant has experience designing roadways, commercial sites, residential complexes, utilities, and stormwater ponds with Civil 3D.
