Shopko Frontage Improvements

SynTier provided the utility and site design for the renovation of the site. Improvements included the frontage improvements to create two new business accesses, ADA parking and access improvements, utility upgrades, and loading dock improvements.

College Crest Clubhouse

Pullman

SynTier Engineering provided the Civil Engineering for a new clubhouse and leasing office for the College Crest Apartments in Pullman. The project included parking below the new building, as well as ADA access interconnecting throughout the site as well as site, utility and access improvements for the renovated apartment buildings.

WSU Bailey-Brayton Clubhouse Design Build

The Bailey-Brayton Clubhouse project will construct new facilities for Washington State University's longest standing athletic team. SynTier Engineering provided the Civil Engineering and Land Surveying for the project.

Moscow Charter School

Moscow

SynTier Engineering provided the Civil Engineering for the design and construction of the new middle school building for the Moscow Charter School. Services included the site, utility, grading, and stormwater improvement design.

C Street Apartments

Pullman

The C Street Apartments are located in the heart of College Hill on the Washington State University campus. The new apartment building replaced existing student housing and added beds as well as much needed off street parking in the way of two levels of parking located underneath the building. SynTier Engineering provided the Civil Engineering for the project.

Paradise Hills Subdivision

Pullman

Paradise Hills Subdivision is a 75-lot subdivision located in the northwest of Pullman. The Subdivision design predates SynTier Engineering, with our staff responsible for finalizing the design and providing project management with previous firms. SynTier continues to provide project management and construction oversight for the project.
