Bailey-Brayton Field is home to Washington State University’s oldest sports team.  The baseball field remodel included the construction of locker rooms, meeting space, a training area and a Hall of Fame area.  SynTier Engineering provided the land surveying and civil engineering for the design-building project.  Tasks included coordination with WSU, SRG Architects, Hoffman Construction for the water service design, sanitary sewer design, grading and stormwater analysis and design.  The stormwater included downstream impact analysis.

 

SynTier Engineering provided the topographic mapping and utility research for the Bailey-Brayton Basebell Complex.  SynTier researched the City of Pullman and Washington State University utilities, performed the field topographic survey data collection, created the digital AutoCAD file that was utilized for the design-build project.

The Chipotle Mexican Grill project was a site plan design for a commercial building located on the south end of Pullman, WA. The site consisted of site grading, utility layout, and stormwater treatment design. SynTier surveyors were responsible for the topographic and boundary surveys, as well as a boundary line adjustment.

SynTier Engineering provided the Civil Engineering for the design and construction of the new middle school building for the Moscow Charter School. Services included the site, utility, grading, and stormwater improvement design.
