The Hills on Grand is a student housing development located on the north side of Pullman, WA. Project leads, Tom and Ross provided project management, design, and value engineering. This project consisted of site layout, roadway, utility, and grading. We coordinated with several jurisdictions including the City of Pullman and the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT). In addition to our civil department, our survey team provided licensed services for this project. These included topographic, boundary, ALTA survey; and continued support with construction administration, staking and site inspections for the duration of the project.
