Randy is a registered professional engineer in Idaho and Washington. He has over 41 years experience working in the private and public sector, including 11 years working with the federal government on water quality and supply projects throughout Montana, Idaho and Washington and over 30 years of experience addressing engineering issues in the northwest.  Randell is invaluable in assisting industry and governmental agencies regarding all types of civil and environmental engineering.  His experience and knowledge in soil mechanics and hydrology makes him one of only a few professional engineers recognized as qualified to plan and design reservoir dams in the State of Washington.
