The 1.2-acre site on the South Hill of Spokane was the site of an existing bank. SynTier Engineering provided the boundary survey and topographic mapping, along with the civil engineering for the design of the new ICCU branch. Site services included the site design, grading, stormwater, utility design, and construction assistance.
