Located at 850 Terre View Drive and approximately 1 acre in size, SynTier Engineering provided the site designs for the construction of a two story 6,000 square foot building with associated drives, parking areas, and pedestrian facilities. Additional designs included site grading, drainage and erosion control, as well as new fire connection, domestic water services, and a new sanitary sewer connection. The project also consisted of various amended designs to pedestrian access facilities.

SynTier Engineering provided the topographic mapping, boundary survey and utility research for the Schweitzer Center project. The survey assisted in the creation of the digital AutoCAD background that was then used for the overall designing of the project. SynTier also provided construction staking services throughout the construction process as well as additional as-built topographic drawings to aid with additional civil engineering design changes.
