SynTier Engineering provided the site designs for the construction of a 3,400 square foot building with associated access drives, parking areas, and pedestrian facilities. Additional services included the design of site grading, drainage, and new fire, domestic water, and sanitary sewer services. The site is located on approximately 0.5 acres southwest of Pullman Regional Hospital on Fairmount Drive.

SynTier Engineering provided the topographic mapping, boundary survey and utility research for the P1FCU design-build project. SynTier researched the City of Pullman to perform the field topographic survey to attain data that assisted in the creation of the digital AutoCAD design that was then used for the overall designing of the project.
