SynTier Engineering provided the topographic mapping, civil engineering, and construction assistance for the remodeling of the existing building and associated required parking, access drives, and pedestrian areas. In association with the new construction, the project included site grading, stormwater drainage, and minor utility relocations and improvements. SynTier provided as-built data collection and revised construction plans throughout construction to account for unknown underground piping and obstacles.
