Bailey-Brayton Field is home to Washington State University’s oldest sports team. The baseball field remodel included the construction of locker rooms, a meeting space, a training area and a Hall of Fame area. SynTier Engineering provided the land surveying and civil engineering for the design-build project. Tasks included coordination with WSU, SRG Architects, and Hoffman Construction for the water service design, sanitary sewer design, grading and stormwater analysis and design. The stormwater included downstream impact analysis.
SynTier Engineering provided the topographic mapping and utility research for the Bailey-Brayton Baseball Complex. SynTier researched the City of Pullman and Washington State University utilities, performed the field topographic survey data collection, and created the digital AutoCAD file that was utilized for the design-build project.
