The 400+ bed Apartment project is located on the North side of Pullman, in an undeveloped 10 acre parcel in the middle of WSU's adjacent Multi-Family area of town.  The original site characteristics included steep terrain and wetlands.  Along with the grading challenges, the site included numerous utility and access easements encompassing the south end of the site.

SynTier provided the Civil Engineering for the project.  As a sub-consultant to SynTier, Place Architecture provided the Landscape Architecture and Irrigation design.  SynTier provided the stormwater design, which included discharging into the adjacent wetland, providing emergency access to the adjacent parcel to the south.
