University Crossing is a multi-phase, multi-family project on  the Washington State University campus.  Phase One design includes 30,000 square feet and four buildings on approximately 21 acres.  SynTier Engineering provided the design for site access, parking/ADA, grading, utility routing, and subsequent approvals and permitting for the project.  Bidding and construction assistance were provided throughout Phase One.

SynTier Engineering provided survey services for ground information and supplemental mapping details.  We also provided ALTA services that included boundary and utility services for the entire site.   An exempt segregation of the larger parcel was developed and new property corners set. SynTier also provided the construction staking, and as-builts services for the project.
