SynTier Engineering started design of  this subdivision in 2019. The Subdivision was created for single-family residential development. The layout consisted of 59 homes over 7+ acres.  Scott Sumner, PE was the primary PM, and led a team of engineers, drafting technicians, and surveyors. The team provided the Civil Engineering design for the project, including stormwater design of the infiltration facilities and overflow structures. SynTier also provided grading quantity calculations and verification utilizing aerial drones and conventional survey techniques.
