SynTier Engineering provided the Civil Engineering for a new clubhouse and leasing office for the College Crest Apartments in Pullman, WA. The project included parking below the new building, as well as ADA access interconnecting throughout the property as well as site, utility and access improvements for the renovated apartment buildings.
