The C Street Apartments are located in the heart of College Hill on the Washington State University campus. The new apartment building replaced existing student housing and added beds as well as much needed off street parking in the way of two levels of parking located underneath the building. SynTier Engineering provided the Civil Engineering.
These services provided during the C St project were; site layout, stormwater, utility, and ADA design.
