SynTier Engineering provided the Civil Engineering for the paving and utility improvements for a parking lot in downtown Pullman, WA. The parking lot was co-owned by various owners, and had public and private utilities throughout the site. The project converted unconnected roof drains to an underground system connecting to the City of Pullman Stormwater System.

 

This was quite a challenging site, SynTier helped with funding exhibits, cost estimates, and coordination during construction. Our team provided a flood permit application with the project as well. We also connected the client with WRM for a shared use/maintenance agreement for the project.
