The LC Valley Youth Resource Center provides transitional housing and education to unhoused teens in the Lewiston Clarkston Valley. The thirteen-unit housing development encompassed 14,000 square feet, and included frontage and utility improvements, as well as off-site ADA access improvements. The major challenge with the project was their lease agreement necessitating a tight deadline for plan approval and starting construction. SynTier was able to provide the topographic mapping, traffic impact letter, and approved Civil/Site construction plans within their three-month timeline. Critical to the success of meeting the deadlines was the familiarity and relationships with the City of Lewiston staff.
